Our Background:

Our leadership team has 40+ years of experience working in American soccer in both the front office and sporting departments.

​We've been in your shoes and know intimately the challenges of both breaking into the soccer industry and then working to build a successful career. 

Although we have different career stories, there's a common theme amongst the three of us - We all had access to someone or a small group of people who helped advise us in critical moments. We want to offer an opportunity to do the same for someone who may need that same personalized connection.
