JOB OPENING: SR. MANAGER / DIRECTOR, VIDEO & POST PRODUCTION
👋 Hello, we're Name & Number. We are a soccer-specific marketing and creative agency built to help teams, brands, leagues, federations, and media properties connect to American soccer fans and culture.
If you love soccer like we do, you know about the trajectory of the sport in the U.S. Over the last 10 years, MLS, NWSL, and USL have all seen massive growth in attendance, TV viewership, partnership revenue, and media coverage. Add in international club friendlies, national team tours, and competitions like Concacaf Champions Cup, Leagues Cup, and the U.S. Open Cup - and it's clear the growth of the sport ain't slowing down anytime soon.
The truth is, we're still in the early stages of what's possible. And the next few years will accelerate the sport in ways we've still not experienced.
2026: FIFA Men's World Cup
2028: Summer Olympics in LA
2031: FIFA Women's World Cup
As one of the only soccer-specific marketing and creative agencies in the U.S., we're helping grow the game in our backyard. Our team is a group of soccer-playing, soccer-watching, soccer-debating humans who can't get enough of the world's game.
While Name & Number launched just three years ago, we've been fortunate to work with some incredible clients, including Major League Soccer, U.S. Soccer, Chelsea FC, Borussia Dortmund, Bayer 04 Leverkusen, Gotham FC, San Diego Wave FC, North Carolina Courage, Seattle Sounders FC, Colorado Rapids, United Soccer League, WorldSoccerShop, SOCCER.com, and many more MLS, NWSL, and USL clubs across the country.

And we're hiring.
We're looking for a versatile video lead who brings three critical elements: technical mastery of video editing and motion graphics, genuine soccer knowledge, and creative vision that pushes boundaries.
THE ROLE
Title: Senior Manager or Director, Video & Post-Production
Employment Type: Full-time employee
Location: Fully remote - work from anywhere in the U.S.
Travel: Occasional travel required for productions, events, and matches
Salary Range: $70,000-$90,000 (based on experience)
Benefits: Health insurance, dental, vision + $1,000 annual work-from-home stipend
You should be equally comfortable cutting quick-hitting TikTok content as you are editing long-form documentary pieces or fully-produced commercials. Motion graphics are a core part of what we do—you'll create dynamic content for social feeds, broadcast packages, and in-stadium videoboards. Experience with matchday coverage and lifestyle production shoots is a major plus.
Working closely with our Head of Production and a network of freelancers, you'll bring campaigns to life across every format and platform we touch.
The ideal candidate has sports content experience but brings a fresh perspective to soccer storytelling. You understand what makes people stop scrolling on Instagram while also appreciating the craft required for documentary work. Most importantly, you're a hungry, ambitious self-starter who thrives under pressure and isn't afraid to experiment and fail in pursuit of breakthrough creative.
