INTRODUCTION

Hey there, Pathwayers! 👋

We all want to do something we’re passionate about. It’s easy to be driven to succeed when you enjoy the work you’re doing, and a career in sports is no different.

There’s no denying that it’s easy to be passionate about soccer. The goals. The stakes. The gameday environment. The tactics. The heritage. The fandoms. You can mix and match any element of the game and dive down a rabbit hole on any given day, and you’ll find new ways to appreciate the game you grew up watching or learned to love later in life.

However, passion alone isn’t enough to land you a job.

From ownership to the interns, everyone in a club environment is passionate about some aspect of the sport. And, each employee has found ways to channel their passion to drive value to the team and move the organization forward on and off the pitch.

Today’s issue features a new “Do This Now,” with four strategies to frame your passion for the beautiful game in knowledgeable, career-oriented steps to prepare you to stand out among other applicants. Plus, we’ve compiled 25 of the latest, most interesting soccer job openings around the U.S.A.
